The Hartley House supports the preservation of families - but not at the expense of someone's health or safety. The Hartley House works to make it possible for victims to be safe and to provide perpetrators with the opportunity to learn more appropriate behaviors without going to jail, losing their jobs or risking further alienation from their families. |
