• prevent you from going places?

The Hartley House is dedicated to the prevention of abuse in relationships and advocates freedom from violence for all individuals.

The Hartley House serves abused family members and their children. It is a place for the physically and emotionally battered to retreat, to think over their situation and to consider their alternatives.

Our Goals:

· Provide temporary refuge for battered spouses/partners (or other abused family members) and their children.

· Prevent the abuse of adults and children resulting from domestic disturbances.

· Provide emotional support and counseling for abused persons and their families.
